“If I could give Norwood Towers zero stars, I would. Based on my experience, this facility is one of the worst places I have ever encountered. The conditions were unacceptable. I observed what appeared to be roaches and bedbugs, and the rooms and bedding did not seem to be cleaned regularly. The odor throughout the building was overwhelming and concerning. The level of care was extremely disappoin…”

“One of the most unprofessional nursing homes I’ve ever in my entire life witnessed. These people who work here are extremely ignorant, rude, disgusting human beings! They treat the residents like garbage! They make their residents feel like simple task is ruining there entire day. They leave people in there diapers for hours unattended! A few weeks ago at my store right down the street I had an ol…”

“You can guarantee that Norwood Towers will do [he absolute bare minimum required by law to ensure your care. Call buttons go unanswered. Staff sleeps regularly during shifts. If you're trying to loose weight then this is the place for you. Trays aren't enough to fill a 5 year old much less a grown adult ensuring your days are filled with hunger.”
