“My mother was a resident of this place. She was a fall risk, and they said she would be checked on on the hour by the nursing staff. Well, they didn't check on her once all night, and she fell in the kitchen. She screamed for help all night. She had to urinate and peed in a cooking pot. The most humiliating experience. After that, I knew they would not and could not give my mother the care she nee…”
