“My 94 year old mother was placed here a few months ago. I visited my sister who lives in Florida, I live in Virginia and wanted to see this facility. It does need some updates, but I was very pleased. This place is very clean, friendly staff and the best care given to my mom. Lori has been awsome with all the paperwork and being so friendly.”

She was sent to the Oak Park Rehabilitation Facility on June 14 for rehab after a week’s stay at the hospital. She has been given excellent care and has participated in many rehab therapy sessions. The nursing staff watch over her m…”

Rooms haven't been painted in 30 years at least. My mom saw roaches in her room as…”
