“If you want your loved one to suffer many preventable injuries due to negligence bring them here! Staff can’t be bothered to care for these poor people, many whom don’t have a choice but to live there. This place needs to be closed. Pathetic excuses are never ending. We are removing our family member asap before they die in their “care”. Please don’t let this be your loved one’s new home. They won…”

“I cannot begin to say how disappointed I was living at The Oaks. The lack of safety, ethics, and honesty is unimaginable. Do NOT trust these people with your loved one or yourself. I stayed six months so I gave it a fair amount of time. Again, do not trust these folks…..they will tell you anything to get your money!”
