“My family member was miserable here. The room was a disgusting mess and never cleaned until we complained multiple times. I blame admin for this...there must be a reason people don't want to work there. I actually feel sorry for the CNAs. We had terrible interactions with social work staff here...one in particular. “I have to agree with Joyanne....I am disgusted too and do not recommend living here for assisted living/snf. This is a very disappointing company, and they appear to be only interested in your money. We were told by intake you have to pay your monthly fee (which could be $8,000 or $9,000+ etc for assisted living) till you pass away.
