They were not consistent with giving meds or said they couldn't give meds that had been missed earlier because it wasnt on their list. Alot of the aides gave you the impression that they didn't even want to be there. Sometimes you would ask them to ask a nurse for maybe tums and later found out that they never asked the nu…”

“Horrible!!! Unclean, unprofessional, and general lack of consideration for the patients wellbeing. Our Loved one was admitted there and they never bathed her the entire time she was there. I had to do it myself after they said they do it on Thursdays and Sundays. Her roommate was also not bathed for over 2 weeks. They messed up her medications. They messed up her off site doctor appointments. She …”

“The ‘Oasis’ rehabilitation center in Casa Grande, AZ, does not provide proper care to patients. The nurses do whatever they please, rather than what the patient actually needs; furthermore, they do not allow close relatives to stay and keep the patient company—instead, they rudely kick them out after 10:00 PM. There is no one to whom one can file a complaint.”
