“Our Mom was recently admitted to Otterbein long term care in February of 2026. She has cognitive problems and requires a lot of assistance. We have been so pleasantly surprised by the quality of care. The entire staff is wonderful. Everyone we’ve met has been friendly, compassionate and very capable. We have had most contact with her nursing assistant Vanessa, nurses Christina and Sandra, social …”

“My mother-in-law spent approximately 2 weeks at Otterbein in Lebanon for rehab. The staff was wonderful! They helped her reach her goals so she could return home. Highly recommend.”
