“The caregivers were wonderful, however the director is a completely different story. She pushed from day one to medicate my mother and had hospice add more then one black box warning combinations. Additionally meds with 3x a day prescription were being given at 8am, 11am, and 5pm??? “My family and I just move my parents into Pacifica Senior living care In Northridge. The move-in was very easy and everybody was helpful. Both my parents have dementia and the care they are receiving has been very amazing. The staff is attentive and making sure my parent are safe.”
