“Parklands is one of the worst places I been in. I hate that my grandmother was transported here. Roaches in the rooms, smells horrible when you walk inside. The lady at the desk acts like her job is hard and is rude. Three patients to a room what privacy is there for visitors. Very uncomfortable to be in and you can tell they don’t treat people good. Avoid at all cost if you can because if it was …”

★Erica Smith · 2026-05-17 · via Google

“Staff is rude and disrespectful especially if you want to address some concerns. It's supposed to be a space for you and your love one's unfortunately it isn't. They really need to hire some professional staff who actually cares and love the job. Oh and I forgot to mention it's almost impossible to get a hold of someone when calling”

★Wanda King · 2025-12-04 · via Google

“Well I was a patient for 11 months this is December 4th 2025 I left there on November 30th because the staff would never help and when it came to stuff we needed they were always out of. I was in a room where the bathroom toilet stayed stopped up and they expected you to pee and poop on top of someone else's . I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to stay in that place.”
