“I am extremely disappointed with the care my grandmother received at this home. She was left without anyone checking on her, and she went almost five hours without being given food until one of our loved ones came to check on her. This is completely unacceptable, especially when you are trusting a care facility to make sure your loved one is safe, cared for, and having their basic needs met.Our fa…”

“My son who is 57 and recovering from a stroke is improving daily, thanks to his care and all the wonderful staff at The Pearl of Tillers in Oswego. Things continue to improve weekly! This is a fun place too. We play Bingo and win prizes! Halloween was the best! The staff had a Spooky trail for the community children and all!🌈🦋”

★Amanda Larrea · 2025-12-27 · via Google

“My loved one was not served food, was not bathed, was not given his prescribed medication, and was lying in his own feces for who knows how long. This place works with a skeleton crew, one nurse for the entire building. Call lights all going off and not being tended to. There is not one ounce of care or compassion. The five star review is misleading because they likely know when their audits are.”
