“I am extremely disappointed with the care provided at Pomeroy. While some staff members were kind and attentive, the overall experience fell far below expectations. Response times to call lights were often slow, and the staff was consistently sitting at the desk on phones/Ipads and eating. The facility itself was not as clean and well-maintained as it should have been. Bathrooms specifically we…”

“My mother-in-law was at Pomeroy 8 years. She passed at 102 years old. She had a wonderful time there. She was busy with physical therapy, getting her hair done, nails polished, bingo, and enjoying all the planned activities. She especially enjoyed all the holiday festivities. We were always notified if there was a minor issue. Staff were excellent. Some of the staff even came to my mother-in-law’s…”

As a former medical assistant and CNA, its a bit disappointing. The bedrooms could be cleaner, no attention to detail. I wish my loved ones teeth were brushed and they looked clean. No amount of complaining seems to matter. …”
