“I was sent to this facility for physical therapy rehab after having a knee replacement. Dropped off by transport and left in a room for an hour and a half. Probably would have been much longer if I didn’t get my room mate hit the call light to get staff in there. I could not believe as a new patient not one staff person checked on me, gave me a call light, water, and I was trapped in bed with no w…”
