“No words can describe how terrible this place is. My dad got sent here for rehab after the hospital and he only lasted 1 day and we had to get him out. They just put patients in a wheelchair and put a diaper on them and let them sit on their own body fluids. I asked him if anyone had come to clean him up and they had not.
