“This place is absolutely disgusting. The social worker for the home is really mean and degrading. I was told my mom was good to make her own decisions even though I am her medical power of attorney. The very next day she had a stroke and was admitted to Richland Hospital. I called the social worker who of course didn’t answer or return my call. Now I go to get her stuff out of the room which I pos…”

“They have been so good to my brother that I would not put him anywhere else. The staff is wonderful. I've called probably 20 times. They've never been mean to me. Nothing but respectful and very nice. Miss Ruby is wonderful and the young ladies on the fourth floor. Thank God for them all of them cuz I'll probably talk to every one of them”

★Debra Jones · 2026-02-16 · via Google

He had a big bruise on his face which night CNA put there, and it was never reported or written up. I have pictures of his face where he grabbed it and scratched his nails into it. The social worker is incompetent …”
