“My family entrusted this facility with the care of two people we loved, and after everything we experienced, I cannot recommend it now that the ownership has changed from Caraday to Quitman Wellness. During my grandmother’s stay, we repeatedly dealt with poor communication, inconsistent staffing, delays in care, and a lack of urgency when serious concerns were raised.
