“My mother is currently in Regency for after surgery care. We see her every day. I have seen some big positives as well as negatives. Like any of these places, they seem overworked and my mom sits for hours with no response to her call light being on. I try my best to advocate for her needs since she has dementia, but tend to get snotty attitude from nurses towards anything I ask. The food is ok mo…”

Unfortunately they have their hands tied due to poor administration who lack the heart to care for people,instead they look out for a corporate interest and investments instead of the good of the people.
