“So many one star reviews and now I know why. My mom is on hospice and I took her there to have a little time off for one week. I hadn't had any time in 3 and 1/2 years. “I was sent to Renaissance Terrace for 3 weeks of physical therapy. First off the building was very old and needed some serious updating the food was absolutely disgusting and the majority of the staff were incredibly rude. Like a lot of companies they are very short staffed but that still doesn't give them the right to be rude. The night nurse was probably one of the rudest people I've ever had to…”
