“Ridgeview was one of the older buildings that we considered for my mother and I was very impressed with the kindness from the staff and though the building was older, you could tell that they provided great care. Mom wanted to be closer to home, but if she hadn't have found placement closer, I would have been happy to place her here. They were so kind and accommodating when we toured.”

“My family currently has a loved one at this facility, and we are extremely disappointed and concerned with the level of care and cleanliness. The building consistently smells strongly of urine and poor ventilation. It feels unsanitary and looks like common areas and resident rooms are not cleaned regularly or at all. Every visit raises concerns about hygiene and infection control. More troubling…”
