“I had a very upsetting experience with Eastern Star. The executive director is very unprofessional and had no intention of admitting my mother. The nurse never responds to any messages. After my mother's doctor tried several times to speak with the exec director or the nurse, she never received a response. Besides the color of her skin, I see no reason why they would have not accepted my mother.…”
