“When we had to make a decision to put my dad in a nursing home, I read every CMS report for qualified locations and toured. Rock Haven was clearly both the nicest with the best reports. I encourage folks who are reading reviews to dig deep. No facility will be perfect, and expectations need to be managed, but we had a very positive experience. The facility itself is gorgeous, and the staff were su…”

“Has any of the reviewers ever seen Cedar crest homes in comparsions? Staff is attentive and caring/compasionate here. All the nay sayers are complaining about not gettin in contact with administration when there is more than enough contacts to get ahold of and extensions to every unit to disprove that notion.”

★★★★★Kristine H · 2025-02-23 · via Google

“My mom was at Rock Haven for just over 2 months. The staff was wonderful. Responsive and caring. Any time I talked with one of them they told me what a kick my mom was, which made me feel comfortable knowing they were checking on her and taking care of her. We couldn't have been happier with the care she received.”
