“This is gonna be long but it needs to be said, my dad was sent here due to liver and heart failure he was put on a floor with no tv shared a room with 4 other people no bathroom except down the hall mind you at this time my dad was having serious issues with walking had a wheelchair and walker there was no activity room to do anything (luckily he was sent a tv by family so he wasn’t bored) all his…”
