“This place is a dilapidated, filthy, awful smelling , wreck of a building! These patients are so under cared for I don't know how New York State allows them to exist! It is absolutely depressing. My mom is here now and omg! It smells soooo bad! I haven't seen a care guver since I got here! There is no therapy going on here. They go for PT once a day for 45 minutes. Rest of time NADA! Just taking…”

★Ta'Niqua J · 2026-06-20 · via Google

“This establishment is truly a disgrace. My mother underwent rehabilitation here and contracted a urinary tract infection. Regrettably, the nursing staff refused to assist her in using the restroom and only provided their residents with a wash-up twice a week.”

★★★Mevish Raja · 2026-08-06 · via Google

“Went to see my uncle too many individuals but less worker. It would help if there were more staff. Other than that their staff is caring and they will listen if you have to say something.”
