“Do not leave your loved ones here!! My Uncle was severely neglected. Not turned, not changed, not given his pain meds. When I sat with the director she told me he was not in pain. Since he can't speak I know he didn't say that. The bed sores, bruising, and skin lesions on his back tell a different story.
