“It's so disappointing to see such a vibrant & upbeat memory care facility to go straight to the pits. We've been on board a couple of years. The sell from Beth Shalom to the Gardens was very recent at the time. The upkeep was still excellent. The grounds very nice with clean accommodations. They had a very active schedule and looked after the residents overall well being with permanent employees. O…”

We were there for a few weeks due to being forced to “stay the course”. - We were told that if we were to leave prior to SG’s official discharge, any home healthcare would be denied. We were told he would need to “stay the course” to avoid this penalty, leading us to feel imprisoned whether due to Shalom Gardens or the insurance company …”
