My dad was there and after two days they forgot to feed him and when I told them they said the kitchen was closed and gave him a pb&j sandwich….. they put the commode by his bed. Set him on it and then the aid sat down in a chair staring at him while he had to poop!!!! His urinal would get full before they would empty it it. Went over 24 hrs with any pain meds after hip replac…”
