“Worst place ever! Took down my last review as I was “encouraged” to write it while her concierge was still standing there and he told me he would see it immediately, Also, her concierge literally deleted my first review and I feared reprisal against my Mom if I left a bad review the second time. The day before she left he proceeded to called me and asked me to write a good review. I said “No.!” …”

“This is my second stay at Shorepointe. The staff on a whole is awesome! The food needs a little help. I am a fussy eater although I can usually find some thing on my tray I can eat. The PT staff is great and I feel like I have made good progress.”
