“Mom was treated so much better than the assisted living place She suffered in in Moorhead . Admission person was awesome nice and very welcoming. The head nurse on her floor , third was awesome. The nurses were good and 3 of the AIDS were exceptional. “This nursing home has bed bugs! It started on the 3rd floor in late 2022/early 2023, and from what I understand they stuck around for 2024. I’ve heard reports of travel staff and guests being eat up with bites”

“Administrator needs to be more accommodating to residents and families suggestions to make for a better "home" for the residents. You can give all types of feedback and suggestions, but he will not budge. It is his way or nothing at all! He will not make changes for the better and I feel that is lack of respect for the residents. The lack of staff members (cna's, nurses, etc) make for sometime…”
