“This is hands down the best facility for the elderly in the Asian community. My maternal grandmother first lived at the original South End location, and then moved over to the new Quincy location before she passed in 2017. She was in her 90s! The facility was always clean, and the staff treated each and every resident as if they were their own family. Fast forward to 2025- my paternal grandmother …”

The staff were all very friendly and caring. My Dad was well taken care of every day. Every time we went to visit the staff would update us on his progress. The Nurse Manager Tom Dion was the best... bar none! Tom and his team too…”
