“absolutely horrible! my great grandmother went here and was left unattended (only being tended too when changed and washed / fed )for 2 weeks with already very low functioning kidneys. floors and rooms were trashed, and had holes in the walls. 0/5 would not recommend.”

★alyssa · 2026-06-07 · via Google

“If you want your loved one to be neglected, take them here. My grandma was neglected, acquired an infection, and the place was a MESS! She would’ve been better off at a casino with an open bar than this place. At least she would’ve had a good time. This was terrible and set her back. Thankfully we have relocated her but DO NOT place your loved one here.”

★Brielle Barnes · 2026-06-07 · via Google

“My abuelita was transferred here after suffering from a stroke. They took the absolute worst care of her!!! This place is extremely negligent!!! The doctor said he’d been in to see her. The doctor never came and never reached out again after that. She left this place very dehydrated and starving!! Do not leave your loved ones here!!!!!”
