“My grandmother was here for broken hip for 7 weeks, not once was her room cleaned by the employees. I cleaned after week 2 of noticing no one else was. She also was stuck in bathroom for almost 2 hours (broken wheelchair was culprit) thru the entire lunch hour, without anyone coming to check why she wasn't at lunch”
