“My mother was admitted twice for nursing and rehabilitation care. The staff were great the first time, so when she was referred a second time with a very complicated broken leg she chose to go back to Spearfish Canyon Healthcare for a second time. She rehabilitated a second time and was able to return to her home. Without this rehab she would have had to be placed in a long term care facility whic…”

“My was in this facility, the worst care ever. She came from Monument hospital.i had to empty the trash a least 4 times and set in the hall. Her rehab for the 2 weeks she was there consisted of one hour of treatment. I stayed with my wife from 7am to 8pm. Her bed was made a total of 3 times. The bedding was never changed for the 2 weeks we were there. Bathroom cleaned 3 times in 2 weeks. Shared ba…”
