“My dad was admitted 2/12 and discharged 2/15, the patient care we saw here was some of the worst I have ever seen. He was waiting an hour and a half just to get someone to shut a light off so he could sleep since he couldn’t get up. Couldn’t get anyone to help him go to the bathroom most of the time, didn’t get his pain meds as he needed them. He asked for an ice machine for his hip pain on surgic…”
