“Scariest place in the world for rehab and for nursing home! Staff is untrained. Most nurses are traveling nurses( High pay rate and don't have affinity for the patients!) Taylor (social worker admin) not helpful. We filled out paperwork several times. Finally, sent it to the state our self. Nurses left our mom on toilet and disappeared leaving her alone with broken arm and knee. She was unable…”
