“(I personally do not recommend this place!) My great uncle was diagnose with cancer, and had to go to a nursing home for a better care then what we could provide for him. He went in on January 12 and passed away on February 12. We get told that Medicare of Medicaid (I can't remember which one my mother dealt with that) said his stay should be covered. but here we get a bill in the mail I believe s…”

While she was in their care, the nurse that was "caring" for her was too lazy to wash her hair and comb it properly so she decided to take it upon herself to cut her hair up to her ears without any consent!
