“There was a recent incident involving a CNA and my mother who is on the memory/dementia floor. The administrator, Carrie Miller was not happy because I made a statement concerning said incident. I also requested a camera for my mother’s room. The administrator will not return my calls since this happened. I view her conduct has very unprofessional and what is she hiding?”
