“The place is lovely and the staff that handles you family member is very helpful and nice but that is where it ends! Management and facility maintenance is absolutely horrible! She went weeks with out TV access (she's 89 and likes her TV) which is part of your rent, I had work orders entered at the front desk. Her dryer has not worked in 3 weeks yes another work order was done at the front desk. …”
