“Horrible, Horrible!!!! Do Not send your loved one here!!! The staff do not check up on the residents. The facility has a strong urine smell! I had to clean my loved ones room! The staff are lazy & unprofessional! The residents are out in the hallways in dirty clothes, hair not combed and just look a mess!
