“Absolutely disgusting facility. From the moment you walk in, the place reeks of dirty, urine-soaked diapers. There is no excuse for a nursing home to smell like this. “A resident in a wheelchair was left waiting outside the front door for more than 20 minutes after I helped wheel her there. I ran into a resident on her way back who asked me for help pushing her wheelchair. I couldn’t believe that she was made to wait so long at the entrance on a cold evening. I tried calling the number multiple times to no avail, and the mailbox was full.”
