“Was stuck here for 3 weeks or so due to having a wound vac. The staff was nice, but good luck if you have to use your call button. Don't expect results. If you have to use the rest room and are tethered to an IV, figure on dragging it in with you. Someone will show up as soon as you get back in bed and ask what you need. I'm an LVAD patient and had to ask several times to have my dressing chang…”

“Not a good experience for my mom. She had to wait a week for her medical supplies because there were none on hand so they used hers that was sent with her from the hospital which ran out so we had to buy them for her. She was served food she couldn't have after her surgery and said it was always cold too so we had to bring her food everyday. The nurses were nice but didn't seem capable of changing…”

“I visit my friend here and she didn't like it there. Nurses not changing her and she lay in crap and urine until nighttime. She had a horrible experience there and it's smells really bad so take a gas mask with you FYI”
