“The Heights on Valley Ranch is an incredible place for my 90+ year old parents. Every staff member is kind, compassionate, helpful, respectful, and knowledgable. It’s always clean and smells good. Their info states that their purpose is to glorify God, and they do that each day. The Heights has given me peace of mind knowing that my parents are being well taken care of, and I am so thankful! “I went to pick up my mother in law. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Very clean and everyone ( Staff) was very welcoming. I like you have to sign in at the kiosk for security reasons. Nurse was very helpful and went through the discharge papers and all information. Great place.”

★★★★★Terry Cox · 2026-05-08 · via Google

“I was very pleased from the moment I saw the facility and grounds. Beautiful! The inside is just as pretty, clean and attractive. The staff has smiles and seems happy to be there. My 87 year old mom was released from hospital and just admitted after breaking her femur/surgery. She had such a look of satisfaction on her face when I walked in to see her. She and my dad brag on the food too.”
