“The assisted living facility is nice looking and very showy. The staff is cordial. Nurse, Diane is kind and competent Darlene, Kevin also very nice and helpful.. The memory care facility is short staffed and not visually pleasing. Medical errors resulting in mom being hospitalized caused us to leave WT. Our mother fell many times and was left unattended.”
