“The care my mother received from this facility was horrific! My mother was admitted on March 15. During her stay, the level of care she received was unacceptable. She was left in wet clothing and bedding for extended periods, and no therapy had been initiated. At 4:00 a.m., I received a message from her that simply read “HELP,” which caused immediate alarm. We went to her right away and found her…”

In addition to the cleanliness issues, communication was a constant problem!! The front desk and phone staff were extremely rude and dismissive, and it was extremely difficult to get updates about a fam…”

Food is terrible. Physical therapy is terrible as well. They WERE not even giving him his meds for Parkinson’s properly or on time! I called them out on this! I was doing his laundry, yet his Tommy Bah…”
