“This establishment is in a deplorable state. The facility is infested with bedbugs and roaches, and the staff is severely understaffed. It is evident that the residents are not being adequately cared for. There are insufficient activities available for their entertainment, and the food quality is unacceptable. Under the new supervisor, I would not hesitate to send my dog to stay there.”

I will not go in to detailed information but I got solid proof of certain things. So called “case management “ kept my family members way over short term to eat up her medical insurance. Being my family member is up in age and I’m her legal caregiv…”
