“Omg! I cannot give this place enough PRAISE. Reed City Rehabilitation put my brother into Grand Rapids ICU with an UGLY UTI. His room was ALWAYS pissy smelling. His clothes were nasty within 2 days! He's been here almost 2 weeks and his room NEVER SMELLS. He's ALWAYS in clean clothes. I feel so blessed for this group of professionals and their care of my brother as he's recovering 🙏 ❤️”

While I want to acknowledge that many of the nurses and aides themselves were kind and tried to help, they were clearly overwhelmed and unsupported by management. The staffing situation was so inadequate that it directly affected patient safety. My mother was left waiting over an hour when she needed help to use the restroo…”
