“Horrible place, my wife was there several years ago to recuperate from bed wounds on the base of her back and on each hip. She was released from Select Specialty and her wounds were healing good. Well, she was totally screwed up at the Pavilion after she got there. The nurse didn't know how to do a wound vac, they left her in soiled depends and her wounds got extremely worse due to their incompete…”

I remember sitting on a bed pan for hours at a time, hitting the call light and waiting for over 2 hours for anyone to come for assistance and was there over 2 months before I ever saw the shower???
