“Victoria, the CED, went above and beyond to help us through a difficult situation and get my grandfather get settled into memory care. Since then, we have met some of the most caring and loving RCA’s! Sadly, the low star review is due to management. The Executive Director has extremely poor communication with family’s and employees. It completely negatively impacts the whole facility.”
