It was run by a wonderful management company, but about a year ago Colliers took over. They are not into this place for the residents, they’re all about money. The staff is mediocre at best. “My father was at the pointe for a few years. He fell 3 times. 1st time he broke his shoulder. 2nd and 3rd time was each hip. Since his passing, i have learned that they were getting double payments. Not only were they getting money from the VA, they were also taking his money. I was contacted about this, but that is all. They haven't refunded anything. They are money hungry people, with no compass…”
