“If 1st impressions mean anything, I give this place 5 stars. My 85 yr old father had a 6 night hospital stay after the assisted living facility he was at basically neglected him. The hospital was able to get him over to Villa at City Center for rehab. I went to see him on his first day there, he’s in memory care. Night & day difference from previous two places he has lived over the last 5 years. T…”

“I recently had a family member here. It was terrible. The food is disgusting! The midnight shift is a joke!!!! They left my family member crying in pain. She asked for her pain medication as she had a serious surgery, 1 week prior. She had to wait 3 hours, while the staff were laughing and cutting up in the hallway, outside her room. Just awful!”

When she went into distress, no one noticed her inability to breathe. My niece arrived to visit, found her in this conditi…”
