“Patients get best care when there is an inspection going on or the Board comes. Lots of food deliveries come, but residents never see most of the "good stuff", especially the meat deliveries (except hot dogs)! Personal items of residents go missing a lot. Do I need to say more!!!”

★★Karla Uriostegui · 2022-08-05 · via Google

“The staff is nice. It's a closed building with no patio for the residents. The only way they can get out is if they have visitors or if they go to the hospital. You can't go inside and see were the residents sleep. You get a half hour scheduled visitation.”

I went to pick up loved one just like any other Sunday and we were sitting outside with family. And TWO OF THE PATIENTS WALKED OUT OF THE FRONT DOOR WITHOUT ANY NURSE NOTICING! I went in there as more of the patients were trying to get out and I shouted “two of your pa…”
