“Avoid this place at all costs. After a back surgery my wife was sent here for up to 20 days of skilled nursing and physical therapy then was to move on to a physical therapy hospital. Her physical therapy started out with a very aggressive physical therapist that moved her and Bent her in ways she was not used to causing much pain. Her physical therapy digressed to basically none except being set …”

“My father had a brief stay here for rehabilitation. Not very attentive to their resident's, I was on the phone with my father as he waited for someone to answer his call light for assistance. It was 23 min before anyone checked on him. I was set to have a meeting on the phone with the care plan person but never got a call. Its a pretty randown place.”

They didn't check if she was wet in the morning so she was in soiled pants all morning. There were a couple of nice people there, but I would NEVER use this facility again. I wish I would have taken pictures of how…”
